Thank you for shopping with BLUESKYfaithwear. Below you will find important information about our shipping process.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Custom and embroidered items require additional production time. Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for custom or personalized orders

  • Production time does not include shipping time

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Carriers

We ship through major carriers such as:

  • United States Postal Service

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection may vary depending on location and package size.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


5. Delays

BLUESKYfaithwear is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs processing (international orders)

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.


6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping fees

  • Refunds will exclude original shipping costs


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

BLUESKYfaithwear is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Contact the shipping carrier

  3. File a claim directly with the carrier


8. International Shipping & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

BLUESKYfaithwear is not responsible for customs delays.


9. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may ship in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
