Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with BLUESKYfaithwear. We want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy below before placing your order.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Item must be in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Embroidered products made to order

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect item received

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, production may have already started and cancellations may not be possible.

Custom and embroidered orders cannot be canceled once production begins.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank
